The contact form keeps your name, email, chosen subject, message, consent and any optional description of your table. It adds a receipt time and reference. Please avoid guest lists, private stories about other people and payment details.
Purpose and duration
Messages are held for review and possible correspondence about the question. They remain in the site’s records until manually removed; no automatic expiry is configured. Saving a note does not send a confirmation email or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Local and technical data
The host checklist remembers selected ticks in local browser storage. Search and mood choices are temporary interface state. A hashed network identifier supports short-term submission rate limiting, and the host may keep normal access logs. No external analytics or advertising trackers are included.
Ask for a change
Use the contact form with your reference and original email to request access, correction or deletion. A reasonable verification step may be needed before personal information is released or altered.
